- Administration fee: 110 lei for each party.
- Preliminary session organization fee: 450 lei for each invited party, paid by the applicant; deducted from the mediation fee share if all parties accept mediation.
- Mediation fee: - lei for each party for a total of 8 hours over 30 days and - lei for each party per additional hour.

Declaration on Mediation Rules
I, the undersigned, declare that I have carefully read and completed this application and accept the Mediation Rules of ADR Center Romania. I also declare that I have not initiated the same procedure with other mediation service providers and I am willing to receive communications regarding the mediation procedure from ADR Center Romania mediators by fax, telephone (SMS), and/or the provided e-mail address.

I, the undersigned, declare that I am aware that my personal information will be treated in compliance with the privacy and personal data protection policies of both ADR Center Romania and the provisions of Romanian and European legislation.
