PĂDEANU Oana

Oana Pădeanu is a mediator and lawyer. She graduated Law School at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iași, becoming a member of the Bar Association from 2006. In the same year she has been trained as a mediator by the Pilot Mediation Center in Craiova, during a program developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, the U.S. Embassy in Romania and Dolj Bar Association, having the opportunity to be tought by experienced trainers from Washington mediators .   

Her practice involves family issues, real estate law, sharing out of the assets (from succession or marriage), unfair contract terms in consumer loan agreements ant their enforcement.

Being conciliating by nature, her legal advice promotes mediation as a way for solving conflicts, often succeeding in replacing the law suit with an agreement that equally please the parties involved.   

Oana Pădeanu is vicepresident of Pro Pact Mediators Association, taking an active part in defending mediators rights and legitimate interests.
