Andreea Pomîrleanu pleads for the amicable settlement of disputes, considering mediation as the most efficient and elegant way to settle disputes, irrespective of their nature.

Andreea Pomîrleanu graduated the mediator courses in 2010, participated at several conferences and courses in the field of mediation and is a lawyer with solid experience in drafting and negotiating contracts between professionals, in consumer law, in competition law, taking part to the peacefull  settlement of disputes occured between companies and between traders and consumers.

In her professional activity she has always sought to identify solutions that meet the interests of the parties involved and that reduce the time and costs spent for the resolution of conflicts.
