POP Adrian Grigore

Adrian Pop has been involved in the mediation field as a certified mediator and mediation trainer since 2008. He is also co-founder and president of the Association of Mediators Ultrasilvam, a professional association of mediators, and of the Association of the Transylvanian Institute of Mediation, a provider of mediation training services.

Mr. Adrian Pop's area of expertise is the mediation of family, labour, commercial and criminal cases.

As a university lecturer, Mr. Adrian Pop, teaches courses in Conflict Management, Family Conflict Management, Workplace Conflict Management, Mediation Techniques and Advanced Negotiation. He is also the author of several articles and studies in the area of mediation and conflict studies and is editor of Conflict Studies Quarterly, an international journal specializing in conflict studies.

Mr. Adrian Pop has trained more than 800 future mediators, organized training sessions and specialization courses in the field of mediation and participated in the evaluation of several professional training programs in the field of mediation, as evaluator and examiner at national level.
